Abstract
ENCAPSULAÃÃO DE COMPONENTESREATIVOS PARA SISTEMAS 1-K QUE UTILIZAM MOLDES COAXIAISA presente invenção refere-se à produção de partÃculas de camada de revestimento de núcleo para a encapsulação de componentes reativos para os sistemas de resina de um único componente. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se à encapsulação de iniciadores radicais, tais como peróxidos. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um método para a encapsulação de 100% dos componentes reativos, por meio do qual novossistemas de resina estável em armazenamento podem ser providos. Ao mesmo tempo, as partÃculas de camada de revestimento de núcleo são concebidas de tal modo que as mesmas possam ser abertas de uma forma quase completa, fácil e rápida durante aplicação, porém têm um armazenamento suficiente e uma estabilidade de cisalhamento antes da aplicação.
