Abstract
EXTENSORES DE TECIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um extensor de tecido para uso em aplicações médicas, veterinárias e dentárias. O extensor de tecido compreende uma rede polimérica autoinflável e um polímero biodegradável que apresenta um estado não degradado e um estado degradado, o qual no estado não degradado restringe a inflação de rede polimérica autoinflável e no estado degradado permite inflação da rede polimérica autoinflável. Em uma modalidade preferida, a rede polimérica autoinflável e o polímero biodegradável formam uma rede polimérica interpenetrante ou uma rede polimérica semi-interpenetrante. Alternativamente, ou , além disso, a rede polimérica aitoinflável forma um núcleo e o polímero biodegradável forma revestimento que parcial ou totalmente circunda o núcleo.
