A invenção refere-se a uma frase sintética tendo uma estabilidade térmica aumentada e também a uma sequência de ácido nucleico isolada codificadora de uma fitase sintética, e ao uso das fitas em uma ração animal para reduzir o teor de fosfato em esterco, e também aos aditivos de ração animal contendo a fitase sintética.
