Abstract
IMPLANTES E MODELOS ORTOPÃDICOS ESPECÃFICOS PARA O PACIENTE. Implante de joelho especÃfico de paciente (10) inclui um componente femoral (20) e um componente de bandeja tibial (30) e é projetado com base em dados especÃficos de paciente. Uma superfÃcie voltada para o osso interna (40) do componente femoral (20) se conforma à superfÃcie correspondente do côndilo femoral. Alternativamente, ela pode ser conformar a um ou mais cortes de osso otimizados no côndilo femoral. No entanto, a superfÃcie articular externa (50) do componente (20) é intensificada para incorporar uma superfÃcie suave tendo um raio quase constante no plano coronal. A superfÃcie articular correspondente (70) da bandeja tibial (30) tem um contorno de superfÃcie no plano coronal que é combinado com a superfÃcie articular externa (50). Em certas modalidades, a superfÃcie articular (50) do componente (20) incorpora uma curvatura sagital que positivamente combina com o raio sagital existente ou saudável do paciente.
