Abstract

PROCESSOTrata-se de um processo de biorrefinaria para fracionar materiais lignocelulósicos em celulose, hemiceluloses e lignina com o uso de um pré-tratamento com mistura de álcool, dióxido de enxofre e água. Tratamento adicional com enzimas, micro-organismos, e opcionalmente íon de bissulfito é usado para converter produtos intermediários em derivados de lignina e álcool.
