Abstract
ATUADOR PARA MOVER UM ELEMENTO MlCROMECÂNICO.A presente invenção refere-se a um atuador para mover um elemento rígido, por exemplo, um elemento óptico, tal como espelho (1), sendo que o elemento é mecanicamente acoplado a uma armação (4) com um acoplamento deformável (2A), em que os elementos do atuador (3A, 3B) são montados no dito acoplamento entre a armação e o elemento, sendo que o acoplamento e os elementos do atuador são adaptados para fornecer um movimento ao elemento quando submetido ao sinal de um gerador de sinal.
