Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE ARTIGOS MOLDADOS SOB FUSÃO RETICULADOSFabricam-se artigos moldados sob fusão reticulados por um processo que não requer c) uso de umidade ou calor externos pós-moldagem, o processo compreendendo as etapas de: (A) Formar uma mistura reticulável compreendendo (1) Organopolissiloxano contendo dois ou mais grupos funcionais terminais; (2) Poliolefina copolimerizada com silano ou enxertada com silano; (B) Moldar sob fusão e reticular parcialmente a mistura; e (C) Resfriar e continuar a reticulação do artigo moídado sob fusão. Promove-se a reticulação pela adição de um catalisador na mistura antes ou durante a moldagem sob fusão ou no artigo moldado sob fusão.
