Abstract
BEBIDA DE CHà ESPUMADA E PROCESSO DE PREPARAÃÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bebida de chá espumada composta de: - uma mistura de lÃquido e bolhas, - um topo de espuma acima da mistura de lÃquido e bolhas, caracterizada pelo fato de que a bebida é desprovida de qualquer creme, lipÃdeo ou agente espessante, e em que a dita bebida é gerada da combinação de água, uma composição de chá em pó compreendendo um pó de extrato de chá, e um ácido de grau alimentÃcio.
