Abstract
FORNECIMENTO DE UMA RESPOSTA DE NEGAÃÃO QUE ESPECIFICA UM TEMPO DE ATRASOA presente invenção refere-se a um sistema que recebe, de uma estação móvel, uma solicitação de conexão que especifica um tipo de aplicação em particular. Em resposta à determinação de que a solicitação de conexão deve ser negada, o sistema envia uma resposta que nega a solicitação de conexão à estação móvel, em que a resposta inclui um tempo de atraso que é aplicável ao tipo de aplicação particular, mas não a outro tipo de aplicação, e em que o tempo de atraso indica uma quantidade de atraso que a estação móvel deve esperar antes de reenviar outra solicitação de conexão.
