Abstract
APARELHO DE MISTURA PARA MISTURAR MIÃDO DE ABATE COM UM AGENTE CONSERVANTE, E, MÃTODO PARA PRESERVAR MIÃDO DE ABATE Um aparelho de mistura (1) para misturar miúdo de abate com um agente conservante, o aparelho compreendendo um tanque de coleta de miúdos (3) com um fundo (4) provido com uma abertura de descarga (5) conectável a uma descarga fechável, um agitador (8) estendendo-se para dentro do tanque de coleta de miúdos, e uma unidade de bomba (9) operativamente conectável descarga, em que o aparelho compreende ainda um reservatório de conservante (7) montado no topo do tanque de coleta (3). Um sistema de coleta e preservação é provido, em que a adição de agente de preservação pode ser estritamente controlada, pode facilmente e rapidamente instalado e conectado quando ele deve ser usado. Depois do uso, o sistema é facilmente removido e limpo.
