Abstract
MÉTODO PARA SUPORTAR UM SERVIÇO DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES DE EMERGÊNCIA, SERVIDOR DE ASSINANTE DOMÉSTICO, E, FUNÇÃO DE CONTROLE DE SESSÃO DE CHAMADAS DE SERVIDORUm servidor de assinante doméstico (HSS) e método são descritos neste documento para suportar um serviço de telecomunicações de emergência (por exemplo, Serviço de telecomunicações de Emergência Governamental (GETS). Em uma modalidade, o HSS e o método são adaptados para seletivamente prover acesso de telecomunicações a assinantes de um Subsistema Multimídia IP (IMS) associando diferentes valores de prioridade de usuário a diferentes estados de condição de rede, onde um estado de condição de rede pode ser um nível de congestionamento ou um estado de emergência de socorro a desastre.
