COMPOSIÇÃO DE VACINA, KIT IMUNIZANTE E USOS DA COMPOSIÇÃO DE VACINA. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição de vacina contra COVID-19 que utiliza uma formulação lipossomal contendo a proteína viral de superfície (Spike) recombinante do coronavírus da síndrome respiratória aguda grave (SARS-CoV-2) e adjuvante CpG do tipo C, e os usos da mesma. Ainda, a presente invenção revela um kit imunizante que compreende a composição de vacina, diluentes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis e/ou adjuvantes.
