PROCESSO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE CREME A PARTIR DA CANA DE AÇÚCAR Compreendido por pedaços de cana, que são introduzidos no equipamento para moer cana para extração caldo, caracterizado pelo caldo da cana receber o acréscimo de emulsificante e estabilizante neutro, em seguida a mistura é levada ao liquidificador para homogeneização, seguindo para o sifão onde recebe os gases formando um creme, que pode receber diversos sabores naturais ou artificiais.
