Abstract
EQUIPAMENTO UMIDIFICADOR PARA CÂMARAS DE CONSERVAÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS. A presente invenção pertence ao setor de alimentos, e se refere, mais especificamente, a um equipamento gerador de vapor de água desinfectado por luz ultravioleta, destinado a câmaras de conservação de alimentos em temperaturas muito baixas, próximas ou abaixo de zero grau. Seu objetivo principal é prolongar a frescura dos alimentos, prevenindo a deterioração precoce e reduzindo o descarte, o que também contribui para a diminuição de resíduos ambientais. A luz ultravioleta interna desinfecta o vapor gerado, impedindo a transferência de microrganismos da água de abastecimento para os alimentos.
