Abstract
REFORMADOR DE COMBUSTÍVEL EMBARCADO. É descrito um reformador (10) de combustível disposto adjacente a uma primeira câmara (3) de um conversor catalítico (1) de forma que o calor gerado pelo conversor catalítico (1) é diretamente transferido para o reformador, o qual compreende um bocal de admissão (12), a montante de uma segunda câmara (11), e um injetor (13) de combustível. O reformador compreende ainda uma malha metálica (15) disposta entre a porção inferior do bocal de admissão (12) e a porção superior da segunda câmara (11), de modo a interceptar o fluxo de combustível vaporizado emitido pelo injetor (13). A borda interna (16) da malha metálica é disposta em contato direto com a parede externa da primeira câmara (3) do conversor catalítico.
