O anel de vedação dinâmica de formato helicoidal inclui um corpo enrolado em espiral e uma área de orifício de amortecimento formada no corpo enrolado em espiral. O corpo enrolado em espiral é configurado para se expandir em resposta ao contato com uma faixa de curso amortecido de um pistão atuador.
