A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de display de TV inserido em mochila de entrega, permitindo veicular anúncios e informativos de forma dinâmica e em movimento. O dispositivo por ser luminoso com bateria interna de 12 volts, oferece também maior visibilidade do motociclista ou ciclista, principalmente no período noturno, aumentando a sua segurança. Tal dispositivo é compreendido por fundo, paredes, abertura de acesso por tampa e por alças de fixação nas costas do entregador.
