A presente invenção se refere a um método para a preparação de carregadores lipídicos nanoestruturados que são sistemas nanométricos compatíveis com drogas hidrofóbicas e que não apresentam toxicidade devido aos seus excipientes. Os referidos carreadores lipídicos nanoestruturados contém canabidiol e paclitaxel co-encapsulados, e possuem aplicação na área farmacêutica, mais precisamente na terapia antitumoral.
