A presente invenção trata do desenvolvimento de uma formulação que favorece a formação espontânea de biofilmes de bactérias probióticas no ambiente para o controle de bactérias patogênicas. A formulação é composta basicamente por uma mistura contendo NaCl, KCl, e Na2HPO4, KH2PO4, MgCl2, CaCl2, cloreto férrico, meios líquidos Muller Hinton (MH) ou Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) e polímeros.
