A presente invenção revela um sistema para retomada operacional de válvula submarina com falha nos selos do pistão do atuador, compreendendo: uma linha de coleta; um painel de operações; uma válvula unidirecional; uma linha de retorno; um conjunto de acumuladores incluindo bexigas internas, em que a parte interna dos cascos dos acumuladores é preenchida por um fluido hidráulico ou resistente à corrosão pela água do mar; um conjunto de válvulas de preenchimento e isolamento, e uma válvula de alívio.
