PRODUTO FARINÁCEO ORIGINADO DO JILÓ: ELABORAÇÃO E CARACTERIZAÇÃO FÍSICO-QUÍMICA. A presente invenção propicia a secagem convectiva do fruto jiló (Solanum Gilo Raddi). O processo desta invenção consiste na secagem do jiló em estufa de circulação de ar para a elaboração de um novo produto, como o farináceo, que possa ser utilizado na formulação de produtos alimentícios. A invenção tem potencial utilidade na área de alimentos, visando sua utilização na preparação de produtos para consumo humano.
