A presente descrição se refere a processos de nanoencapsulamento de Rivaroxabana (RXB), com alta eficiência de encapsulamento e boa regularidade na distribuição de tamanhos de nanopartículas, empregando o copolímero poli(ácido lático-co-glicólico) (PLGA) e os tensoativos didodecildimetilamônio (DMAB) ou lauril sulfato de sódio (LSS). As nanopartículas produzidas apresentaram, em testes in vivo, efeitos antitrombóticos tempo-dependentes e não apresentaram hepatotoxicidade
