Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES IMUNOGÊNICAS E USOS NA PREVENÇÃO E CONTROLE DE INFECÇÕES CAUSADAS POR Mycoplasma agalactiae. A presente invenção trata-se de um produto industrial (composições imunogênicas) e as atividades industriais (uso na prevenção e controle de infecções causadas por Mycoplasma agalactiae) com aplicação na área de Biologia Molecular, Biotecnologia, Vacina, Medicina Veterinária, Saúde de cabras e ovelhas visando seus usos para gerar uma resposta imune proporcionando proteção contra infecções em mamíferos causadas por M. agalactiae. As composições imunogênicas divulgadas aqui são composições de proteínas recombinantes, como formulação farmacêutica, preferencialmente vacinas, composta por, PELO MENOS, duas proteínas recombinantes de M. agalactiae (P40 e MAG_1560, SEQ ID NO 1 e SEQ ID NO 3, respectivamente) COMBINADAS, e seus usos para gerar uma resposta imune contra infecções em mamíferos causadas por M. agalactiae.
