RASPADOR E LINHA DE PROCESSAMENTO PARA LIMPAR PESCOÇOS DE AVES. A presente invenção se refere a um raspador (1) para remover partes indesejadas de uma área de pescoço de aves abatidas, particularmente para remover a traqueia e o esôfago com o papo da mencionada área de pescoço da ave abatida, em que o mencionado raspador (1) compreende um mandril (2) e projeções voltadas para frente (3, 4) que são dispostas para operação durante o uso na mencionada área de pescoço da ave abatida e as projeções voltadas para frente (3, 4) fazem parte de pelo menos uma placa (5, 6) e a mencionada pelo menos uma placa (5, 6) é ou pode ser montada sobre o mandril (2), em que, enquanto é montada sobre o mandril (2), a mencionada pelo menos uma placa (5, 6) é móvel em relação ao mandril (2).
