Trata-se a presente invenção de Nanopartículas poliméricas carreando azitromicina e óleo essencial de Melaleuca alternifolia revestidas com quitosana. A tecnologia combate infecções bacterianas ocasionadas por bactérias presentes na cavidade bucal in loco, sendo aplicada no campo da saúde geral, em especial para a odontologia, e impactando a qualidade de vida das pessoas.
