PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DA CHALCONA (2E)-1-(4- METILTIEN-2-IL)-3-FENILPROP-2-EN-1-ONA COM ATIVIDADE ANSIOLITICA. O presente invento se insere no campo da Química, especialmente aplicada a área de síntese orgânica, descreve o processo de obtenção de chalcona (2E)-1-(4-metiltien-2-il)-3-fenilprop-2-en-1-ona (1) e seu uso com um possível fármaco ansiolítico. O composto não apresentou toxicidade e foi ativo nos experimentos de zebrafish (Danio rerio), nas atividades locomotora, ansiolítica e GABAérgica.
