Abstract
DISPOSITIVO, MÉTODO E PROCESSO DE ANODIZAÇÃO DE SUPERFÍCIE INTERNA DE DUTOS DE ESCAPAMENTO E ADMISSÃO. A invenção pertence ao campo da química aplicada à engenharia e é relacionada ao processo e método de obtenção de uma camada de óxido de alumínio (Al2O3) para isolamento térmico na superfície interna dos dutos (21) de escapamento de gases provenientes da combustão e/ou de admissão de ar ou mistura ar-combustível, em cabeçotes de motores (2) de combustão interna dos ciclos Otto ou Diesel. É também apresentado um dispositivo com catodos conformáveis (11) para a anodização das superfícies internas dos dutos (21) sem a necessidade de imersão completa do cabeçote (2) em um tanque com eletrólito.
