Abstract

MÉTODO IMPLEMENTADO POR PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR COM TECNOLOGIA MOBILE UTILIZANDO BANCO DE DADOS DISPONÍVEL ONLINE PARA OBTENÇÃO DE NÍVEIS ADEQUADOS DA APTIDÃO FÍSICA RELACIONADA À SAÚDE (AFRS). A presente invenção consiste em um método implementado por programa de computador com tecnologia mobile, utilizando banco de dados, na plataforma Android, com linguagens JAVA e XML, e armazenamento em SQLite, disponível online, à obtenção de níveis adequados da Aptidão Física Relacionada à Saúde (AFRS). O sistema foi desenvolvido para ser de fácil acesso por qualquer pessoa (leiga/ especialista), com o objetivo de auxiliar o usuário a alcançar uma rotina saudável.
