Abstract

PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE GRAMPO ORTOPÉDICO DE LIGA COM MEMÓRIA DE FORMA Ti-Nb E MOLDE PARA GRAMPO ORTOPÉDICO. O presente pedido de patente de invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de grampo ortopédico de liga com memória de forma Ti-Nb e molde para grampo ortopédico com aplicação na área de engenharia biomédica. Atualmente, implantes que apresentam as funcionalidades das ligas com memória de forma são fabricados de ligas de NiTiNOL, que possuem níquel em sua composição, que é tóxico ao ser humano. Uma solução em potencial é utilizar o processo de fabricação de grampo ortopédico de liga com memória de forma Ti-Nb, que é composto somente de elementos biocompatíveis.
