FORMA SÓLIDA CRISTALINA À BASE DE HIDRALAZINA E CLORTALIDONA, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, KIT E USO RELACIONADO. A presente invenção se refere a um cocristal de clortalidona e hidralazina, na proporção 1:1. Ainda, a presente invenção propõe uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo o referido cocristal e pelo menos um excipiente farmaceuticamente aceitável, um kit compreendendo tal composição farmacêutica e instruções para uso, bem como o uso do referido cocristal para preparar um medicamento para o tratamento de hipertensão arterial e outras doenças cardiovasculares.
