Abstract

COCRISTAL FARMACÊUTICO COMPREENDENDO HIDROCLOROTIAZIDA E 5-FLUOROCITOSINA E SEU USO. A presente invenção refere-se a um cocristal farmacêutico formado pela combinação estequiométrica (1:1) do fármaco anti-hipertensivo hidroclorotiazida (HTZ) com o pró-fármaco 5-fluorocitosina (5-FC). A nova forma sólida apresenta uma melhoria das propriedades físico-químicas com a interação das duas moléculas por interações intermoleculares, e poderá ser usado para o tratamento de hipertensão, edema, insuficiência cardíaca, inchaços associados a problemas cardíacos e renais, bem como da cirrose hepática e terapia cardioprotetiva.
