A presente patente de privilégio de invenção pertence ao campo dos acessórios para construção civil, e refere-se mais especificamente a um exaustor de ar de ambiente, que notadamente, exerce duas funções; a primeira função de fato realizar a exaustão, substituindo o ar do ambiente por um ar mais puro, porém após a substituição do ar, o presente dispositivo também libera fragrância no local, proporcionando um ambiente mais agradável e sem incômodos de mal cheiro; estas funções podem ser programadas de tais maneiras: 1 percentual de umidade no ambiente, 2 intensidades de aromatização, 3 programações de rotinas (dias e horas especificas para ligar e desligar aparelho), 4 operações manuais (tempo de acionamento e incluir ou retirar o aromatizante).
