Abstract
CONJUNTO DIELÉTRICO PARA REATOR DE PLASMA NÃO TÉRMICO. Um conjunto dielétrico para um reator de plasma inclui uma primeira camada dielétrica que tem uma primeira superfície e uma segunda superfície oposta à primeira superfície, uma segunda camada dielétrica, mais fina do que a primeira camada dielétrica, tem uma terceira superfície e uma quarta superfície oposta à terceira superfície e um eletrodo localizado entre a segunda superfície e a terceira superfície. O eletrodo pode estar em formato de anel e/ou localizado sobre uma superfície esférica. Um revestimento não reativo pode estar localizado sobre uma superfície do conjunto dielétrico exposto a uma câmara de plasma do reator de plasma. O revestimento pode ser posicionado na forma de anéis com um espaço entre cada anel.
