Abstract
ELETRODO FLEXÍVEL DE Au PARA MAGNETOENSAIOS. A presente invenção refere-se à confecção de um eletrodo flexível de Au para magnetoensaios (EFAu) montado manualmente, utilizando um substrato recoberto com ouro à partir da deposição de um filme fino de ouro numa folha de poliéster pelo processo de sputtering, para aplicação na produção de biosensores eletroquímicos e utilização em magnetoensaios com nanopartículas, destinados principalmente para análise de moléculas e biomoléculas, orgânicas e inorgânicas, tais como: enzimas, ácidos nucléicos (DNA e RNA), anticorpos ou antígenos, micro-organismos, células animais e vegetais, cortes de tecidos, fármacos, neurotransmissores, poluentes químicos.
