Abstract

MÉTODO DE PROTEÇÃO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA CONTRA EVENTOS DE DETONAÇÃO FORA DE TEMPO. É descrito um método de proteção de um motor de combustão interna (MCI) contra eventos de detonação fora de tempo, compreendendo as etapas de: detectar ao menos um evento de detonação fora de tempo; determinar a faixa do RON da mistura combustível a partir da composição da mistura combustível determinada pela ECU; checar as variáveis de operação; e definir um risco de dano ao MCI de acordo com níveis pré-definidos de intensidade, adotando ações específicas de proteção/operação do MCI diferenciadas e proporcionais a intensidade do risco determinado.
