O seguinte resumo para invenção se refere ao desenvolvimento de um sistema de coleta e transmissão de dados aplicado em pesos móveis tipo anilhas, compreendendo um microcontrolador, um acelerômetro, leitor REFID e módulo Bluetooth, de modo a estabelecer comunicação entre as anilhas (24) e um dispositivo receptor, por exemplo, um smartphone (23), com o objetivo de gerenciar a atividade física realizada empregando a anilha.
