Abstract

SISTEMA DE CAPACETE PARA MOTOCICLISTA COM VISEIRA ACOPLÁVEL E MECANISMO DE PIVOTAMENTO EMBUTIDO.Consiste na fabricação de capacete (1) integral com proteção de queixo e capacete (2) aberto sem proteção de queixo e viseiras curtas (4)/ viseiras longas (5) cujo destaque é utilização de molde único para sobreinjetar, juntamente com casco (3), nos vãos (X, Y), os chassis (6) do mecanismo de pivotamento das referidas viseiras (4, 5) moldadas com pelo menos uma linha projetada (14) anterior concordante e compatível com pelo menos uma linha nervurada (13) frontal moldada juntamente com o casco (3), dessa forma reduzindo as etapas de fabricação e obtendo-se uma vedação por sobreposição eficaz.
