FORMULAÇÃO DE BEIJU COM ORA-PRO-NÓBIS (Pereskia aculeata) E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO. Refere-se a presente invenção ao desenvolvimento de um beiju enriquecido com ora-pro-nóbis e de um processo para a obtenção do dito beiju. Como funções principais desse processo, destaca-se o de ser utilizado para formação de um beiju inovador com excelentes características sensoriais, nutritivo e um sabor diferenciado, possuindo a seguinte composição: amido de mandioca (50 a 60%), ora-pro-nóbis (20 a 25%) e recheio de coco (20 a 25%).
