A presente patente de invenção refere-se a uma COMPOSIÇÃO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE GELEIAS DE JABUTICABA, mais precisamente a um produto extremamente aprazível e sofisticado, elaborado a partir da junção de dois ingredientes base: fruto da jabuticaba e limão siciliano, as proporções utilizadas variam de 40% a 60% do primeiro ingrediente e 40% a 60% do segundo. Além do mais, é adicionado açúcar a gosto.
