FORMULAÇÃO DA POLPA DE Platonia insignis Mart. EM PÓ COM GOMA ARÁBICA E ALBUMINA. Trata-se de uma formulação alimentícia em pó de origem vegetal obtida através da secagem por liofilização da polpa de bacuri ( Platonia insignis Mart.) com goma Arábica e albumina bovina. Tal formulação refere-se ao uso da polpa integral sem adição de água da planta do gênero Platonia para a obtenção de uma formulação em pó. A formulação do pó de bacuri facilitará o seu consumo independente da sua sazonalidade, gerando uma melhor logística para o seu transporte e armazenamento no setor alimentício.
