Abstract

CURATIVO ANTIBACTERIANO À BASE DE PELE DE TILÁPIA-DO-NILO MODIFICADA COM QUITOSANA E ÓXIDO DE ZINCO. A presente patente de invenção refere-se à modificação química das superfícies de pele de tilápia pela incorporação de nanopartículas de óxido de zinco recobertas com camada de quitosana resultando em um material com propriedade antibiofilme e antibacteriana. A elevada área superficial das nanopartículas de óxido metálico em associação com o poder antibacteriano da quitosana sobre o suporte de xenoenxerto (pele de tilápia) são aplicáveis no controle de infecções de S. aureus a partir de curativos à base da pele de tilápia.
