A invenção consiste em um substrato caracterizado por sua composição ser de polímeros sintéticos, como polipropileno, poliéster ou poliamida (tecidos ou não tecidos) ou naturais, como viscose, algodão ou linho; e por ser umedecido com solução de óleo vegetal, em configuração preferencial, a qual possui uso na higiene pessoal.
