SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO DE EVENTOS DE TEMPO E QUEIMADAS. O sistema de monitoramento da presente invenção tem por objetivo determinar as coordenadas do local onde a temperatura máxima e a área aproximada da queimada; determinar o futuro encaminhamento da queimada a partir do cruzamento dos dados dos focos de calor com previsões de vento em superfície; e as projeções da futura área queimada a partir do comportamento temporal da temperatura associada ao foco de calor, permitindo, com antecedência, tomar medidas adequadas que impeçam a queimada atingir as linhas de transmissão que eventualmente estejam em sua trajetória.
