TORRE EÓLICA DE VENEZIANAS. Trata-se de equipamento eólico de arrasto destinado à produção de energia elétrica, cujo eixo de rotação fixa painéis dotados de venezianas que, ao se fecharem automaticamente entre 0° e 180°, oferecem resistência ao vento enquanto aquelas situadas entre 180° e 360°, abrem-se, reduzindo o arrasto e oferecendo pouca resistência ao vento e ao avanço. Através de arranjos entre equipamentos semelhantes, o aproveitamento energético local pode ser adensado.
