Abstract

EQUIPAMENTO AUTOMÁTICO MODULAR PARA PRODUÇÃO DE OVOS COZIDOS EM FORMATO CILÍNDRICO.É descrito um equipamento automático modular para produção de ovos cozidos em formato cilíndrico controlado por um CLP e apresentando uma estrutura em forma de carrossel com um mancal central (10), caracterizado por apresentar quatro planos operativos (P1, P2, P3 e P4) que onde elementos mecânicos controlados pelo CLP garantem dosagem de clara e gema, coagulação com parâmetros controlados, desenforme e condução para a região de armazenamento/embalagem, eliminando intervenção humana e ampliando a capacidade produtiva.
