CHIP DE GERAÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA. CHIP DE GERAÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA pertence aos artigos de geração de energia elétrica e aos dispositivos eletrônicos. Ele é composto por um núcleo ferroelétrico (1) e três terminais metálicos: fonte (2), controle (3) e dreno (4). A base científica é a Lei de Maxwell (variação do fluxo de campo elétrico em função do tempo). Por isso, a chave (7) fomenta a polarização dos dipolos elétricos no interior do núcleo ferroelétrico (1), fazendo a direção do fluxo de campo elétrico (6) mudar e, consequentemente, variar no terminal do dreno (4).
