Abstract

CRISTAL DE COBRE COMPLEXADO COM FENANTROLINA E ARGININA E SEU EFEITO ANTICÂNCER NAS LINHAGENS HL-60 E PC-3. A invenção mostra os efeitos citotóxicos do cristal [Cu(Fen)(L-Arginina)]H2O - CuFenArg que apresentou alto potencial quimioterápico contra as linhagens HL-60 (leucemia promielocítica) e PC-3 (câncer de próstata). Uma série de concentrações do cristal CuFenArg foram testadas nas linhagens de células tumorais HL-60 e PC-3 foram que mostraram resultados de IC50 de 2,2 µM e 1,8 µM, respectivamente. O cristal em questão possui fácil obtenção, baixo custo financeiro, excelente perfil de cristalinidade e boa atividade anticâncer.
