PAINEL GENÉTICO PARA DIAGNÓSTICO E PROGNÓSTICO DAS LEUCEMIAS AGUDAS MIELOIDES PEDIÁTRICAS. Painel genético caracterizado pela detecção em pacientes com leucemia mieloide pediátrica aguda no que diz respeito a predição da leucemia mieloide aguda pediátrica utilizando os biomarcadores selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste S1PR4, PBX4, FAM171A1, RARRES2, HPGD, CD1C e PAM. Os genes FAM171A1, RARRES2 e PAM através do método da reivindicação 1. Painel genético para diagnóstico e prognóstico da leucemia mieloide pediátrica aguda baseado na expressão dos genes S1PR4, PBX4, FAM171A1, RARRES2, HPGD, CD1C e PAM. Os genes FAM171A1, RARRES2 e PAM 1. A presente invenção descreve um painel de marcadores genéticos que possuem potencial de diagnóstico e prognóstico, estratificando os resultados da agressividade e sobrevida dos pacientes afetados com leucemia mieloide pediátrica aguda.
