Abstract
LIGA DE Cu-Zn ISENTA DE CHUMBO. Uma liga de Cu-Zn isenta de chumbo é descrita, a qual tem propriedades de usinagem melhoradas em comparação com a liga CuZn42, consistindo de (dados providos em % em peso): - Cu: 57-59,3% - Fe: 0,12-0,17% (1ª alternativa), ou Fe: máx. 0,06% e Mn: 0,3?0,7% (2ª alternativa) - P: 0,03-0,1% - Sn: até 1,0%, - Pb: até 0,1%, - o restante sendo composto por Zn juntamente com impurezas inevitáveis, que são permitidas até 0,05% por elemento, sendo que a soma total das impurezas inevitáveis não exceda 0,15%, - sendo que os seguintes elementos são tolerados até os teores especificados: - Ni: até 0,03%, - Al: até 0,05%, - Si: até 0,01%, - Ni: até 0,01%.
