DISPOSITIVO DE DESTRANCAMENTO DE PORTA INSTALADO EM BATENTE. A presente patente se refere a um dispositivo de destrancamento de porta instalado em batente (1) que compreende um conjunto de componentes, tais como contra testa de fechadura de porta (2), cofre (5), lingueta móvel (10) e tramela (11), para desbloqueio da lingueta de fechadura de porta, liberando espaço para passagem da lingueta, mesmo que esticada na posição de porta trancada, substituindo a contra testa da fechadura no batente. O dispositivo de destrancamento de porta instalado em batente (1) é acionável por eletrônica embarcada compreendida em um dispositivo eletrônico (23), podendo ser executado tanto de modo manual, usando um sensor infravermelho, quanto por uma unidade de comunicação sem fio, tal como um celular, usando protocolos como o Bluetooth, IEEE802.11, entre outros.
